The President/Chairman
Honorable Gabriel Aliemeke, founder and chairman of The Ten Plus Humanitarian Foundation (TTPHF).
He hails from Idumeni, Ewuru- Agbor in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State. He began his term in December 2016. Renowned for his humanitarian and academic work, he holds two master’s degrees from the University of Ibadan and Ladoke Akintola University. Serving in the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, he is respected for his integrity and intellect. Dedicated to aiding indigent children, Aliemeke, an orphan himself, devotes much of his income to child welfare, fighting against abuse, trafficking, and hunger. TTPHF, his creation, is driven by a team from diverse professions.

Hon Dr. Ogbunankwo Francis Azunbuike
The Deputy President: Chairman, and Director, Treasury
Dr. Francis Azubuike Ogbunankwo, from Nanka, Orumba North, Anambra State, is a co-founder of The Ten Plus Humanitarian Foundation (TTPHF). He steps in for the Chancellor when necessary, focusing on aiding vulnerable children and achieving the foundation’s objectives. Dr. Ogbunankwo, committed to children’s welfare, actively participates in annual visits to motherless and orphanage homes. A seasoned research fellow and senior management consultant, he also has extensive experience in security, currently serving with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps. He holds a doctorate in Management Science and is happily married with children.

Hon Ivom Chinaza Geraldine
Director Gender and Child Protection (DGCP) of the Foundation
Holding a bachelor’s in Sociology/Anthropology, a master’s in Criminology, and pursuing a PhD, Honourable Chinasa is an expert in socio-political and gender-based issues with over a decade of experience. A certified mediator, conciliator, and negotiator, she focuses on gender conflict for sustainable development. At The Ten Plus Humanitarian Foundation, she has developed structures supporting vulnerable children, monitoring abuses, and educating them about their rights. Her work includes applying psychosocial therapies for abused children in North-central Nigeria. She also coordinates food and logistics deliveries for children in camps and orphanages in Masaka, Nasarawa State. Chinasa serves as the Human Rights Desk Officer and heads the Gender Unit at the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps’ National Headquarters.

Hon Ossai, Nkiruka Edith
Director Data Management
Honourable Ossai Edith Nkiruka, the Data Management Director at the Foundation, plays a vital role in child data management, safety, and protection. Focusing on vulnerable children in Nasarawa State, she has led strategic interventions, aiding in medical needs, food, and shelter for children in New Nyanya. As a devoted advocate for children’s welfare, Edith hails from Delta State, Ndokwa East LGA. She holds an HND in Computer Science from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Achievers University, Owo, and is pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at Nasarawa State University. With over a decade in security, working at the Identity Management Department of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, she believes in the importance of securing a hopeful and accounted future for every child. Her role in the Foundation underscores this commitment.

Hon Egbanabo, Okache Alphonsus
Director of Finance and Chairman Grant Committee.
Honourable Egbanabo Okache Alphonsus, from Ebo, Yala LGA, Cross River State. A key figure in the Ten Plus Humanitarian Foundation, he has served as the Director of Finance since December 2016 and was reelected in 2018 due to his exemplary performance.
An accomplished geologist, disaster manager, and security expert, Egbanabo graduated in Geology from the University of Calabar. Formerly a lecturer at the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps College of Peace and Disaster Management, He is currently a Taskforce Commander in the Ministry of Mines and Steel and a staff member of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.
Deeply passionate about helping vulnerable children, he regularly visits orphanages in his area, donating food and gifts. His role in the Foundation allows him to significantly impact the lives of children in Nigeria and globally.

Hon Ahukanna Chike Kingsley
The Secretary General
Mr. Kingsley Chike Ahukanna from Umuanunu village, Obingwa L.G.A, Abia State, Nigeria, serves as the Secretary General of The Ten Plus Humanitarian Foundation (TTPHF). A founding member and re-elected for a second term, he oversees critical administrative functions and outreach programs. Happily married to Mrs. Olivia Chizoba, they have three children.
Professionally, he’s a respected Bomb Technician (EOD Expert) with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, contributing to international forums like GICHD, ANAMA, GICNT, FBI, IAEA, and EAPD.
His commitment to charity, particularly in advocating for children’s rights and protection, underlines his dedication to TTPHF’s mission to support vulnerable children.

Hon Omada Damian
Director Programme and Development
Honorable Omada Damian, from Nsukka Local Government Area in Enugu State, specializes in human capacity building as a management consultant. He’s currently the project manager at The Management House Africa and serves as the Director of Programs & Development at The Ten Plus Humanitarian Foundation. A CMD-certified leadership coach, Damian holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria. He enjoys a fulfilling family life, being happily married with children, and has a passion for reading and traveling.

Hon Akinbulumo Bunmi Olawale
Director: Welfare and Benefit
Honorable Akinbulumo Bunmi Olawale, Director of Welfare and Benefits at The Ten Plus Humanitarian Foundation, comes from Ondo West, Ondo State. He holds a B.A. in History and International Relations, a PGD in Security Management, and a Masters in Public Administration. A devoted Christian and family man, Bunmi is deeply passionate about charity and humanity, dedicating his time and resources to supporting vulnerable children and the less privileged. His directorate focuses on visiting and aiding orphanages in Karu Local Government, Nasarawa State, and facilitating inter-organizational collaboration. A seasoned security professional, he currently works with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps.

Hon Engr. Moses Odama
Director of Provost (DOP), The Ten Plus Humanitarian Foundation (TTPHF)
Engr. MO Odama, a 2008 Mechanical Engineering graduate from Federal University of Technology, Minna, has eight years of experience in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Services, rising to Senior Projects Engineer at Samabot and Associates Limited in Abuja. His key projects include PTDF Headquarters, The Envoy Hotel, JUTH Plateau State, and Abuja Clinic and Maternity. He has inspected factories like Daikin Air-condition in Belgium. A member of professional bodies like MNSE, ASHRAE, and COREN, Odama’s expertise and dedication extend to his role as Director of Provost at The Ten Plus Humanitarian Foundation, enforcing rules and championing the welfare of vulnerable children.

Hon Aligwo Chrysanctus Chinedum
Substantive Director, Research and Planning (DRP)
Hon. Aligwo, key in Research and Planning at The Ten Plus Humanitarian Foundation (TTPHF), leads their Think Tank committee, demonstrating ingenuity in goal achievement and foundation growth. From Imo State, Nigeria, he holds a B.Sc in Sociology and MPA from the University of Calabar, and a Master’s in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice from Ahmadu Bello University. Skilled in analysis and communication, he works in the Intelligence/Investigations Department of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps. Aligwo is deeply committed to improving the lives of the less privileged, particularly orphans and vulnerable children, aligning with TTPHF’s mission.

Honorable Slater Udam
Honorable Director of Public Relations (DPR).
Slater Udam, an experienced educationist specializing in human capital development and personal-socio counseling, serves as an advisor/facilitator at the National Teacher’s Institution, Kaduna, Karu Center. Previously, he contributed to the National Population Commission (2005-2006 Census) and served as a presidential protocol at the Presidential Chapel, Aso Rock Villa, Abuja. Udam, holding a B.Ed in Guidance/Counseling from the University of Calabar and pursuing an M.Ed, hails from Ogoja, Cross River State, Nigeria. Recognized as a Koica Fellow in Korea (2013) and a Jerusalem Pilgrim (2011), his commitment to humanitarianism led him to join TTPHF in 2018.

Honourable Babadi Anthony Nduka
Director External Affairs and Protocol (DEPA) of the foundation
Honourable Babadi Anthony Nduka, Director of External Affairs and Protocol at the foundation, comes from Aniocha South, Delta State. His directorate manages inter-organizational relations, building strong synergies to support the foundation’s goals. A skilled human relations enthusiast, he excels in securing technical assistance. Additionally, Babadi is a seasoned security expert with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps. His benevolent and humanitarian spirit contributes significantly to the foundation, especially in advocating for challenged children. An avid reader and researcher who enjoys traveling, he is also happily married.

Michael Oko Adoga hails from Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State.
I have HND in Urban and Regional Planning from the Polytechnic Calabar
PGD in Environmental Resources Management and M.SC in Environmental Resources Management from Nassarawa State University Keffi.
Also a trained and accomplished Security Expect. Currently with Nigeria Immigration Services (NIS).
